David V. Forrest, M.D.

David V. Forrest, M.D. is Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. A summa cum laude graduate of Princeton, he received a Bronze Star for his service in Vietnam, founded the E. E. Cummings Society, is former consulting psychiatrist for the New York City Ballet, and a past president of the American College of Psychoanalysts. He has published many scholarly articles.
