James Bovard

James Bovard is the author of SHAKEDOWN (Viking Penguin, 1995) and THE LOST RIGHTS: Destruction of American Liberty (St. Martin's Press, 1998). A contributor to The Wall Street Journal and The New York Times, he also has written for The Washington Post, Newsweek, and The American Spectator.
