Richard A. Epstein
Richard Epstein is the James Parker Hall Distinguished Service Professor of Law at the University of Chicago, where he has taught since 1972. He also is the author of SIMPLE RULES FOR A COMPLEX WORLD (1995) and TAKINGS: Private Property Under the Power of Eminent Domain (1989) among other works.
